Add the "New Donation" button to new Donations list view

GiveWP 2.20.0 introduced a new Reactified Donations list. This new view does not show the "New Donation" button to add manual donations. Admins have to switch to the legacy view to be able to see the button: https://somup.com/c3hlr8OShK

For many organizations it is essential to have the New Donation button on the donation page, also in the new design. Because it is the way to record donations that have subscriptions in banks or other renewal channels.
