Membership with GiveWP
As a nonprofit organization, I'd love to provide my donors with different membership tiers to sign up for to receive a special perk. Since I already use GiveWP to manage donations, I'd like to use it for memberships as well. It would be important for me to be able to assign different perks on a per form and per donation level basis. Each donation/membership tier will receive a set of perks like specific access to pages on my website and specific emails. It is also important that members can access specific pages on my WordPress site based on the membership tier they signed up for. Per membership level emails is also important.
Additional Social Media Options for Donation Confirmation Page
As an Admin, I'd like to select other Social Media sharing options such as Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc. for the legacy and multi-step form templates. Currently, it is possible to add Facebook and Twitter sharing via the Simple Social Shout addon with GiveWP on legacy forms. And currently the multi-step template allows for Facebook and Twitter sharing within the form settings.
Give Totals Shortcode Presentation
As an admin, I'd like the presentation of the [give_totals] shortcode to be more defined and distinctive, so that it doesn't look like plain text.
Add support for multilingual sites
While GiveWP does provide some level of support for multilingual sites, it still lacks some details to fully run a multilingual donation site. For example, the Multi-Form Goal Block, the Multi-Form Goal Shortcode, and the Give Totals shortcode do not display combined totals for forms in different languages, if the site uses Polylang. There's no way to combine totals, donors, and number of donations in multi-step forms.
Text-to-Give with Authorize.Net
As an admin, I'd like my Text-to-Give addon with GiveWP to integrate with Authorize.Net because I don't use (or my client's don't use) Stripe for accepting donations.
As a nonprofit organization wanting to have strong relationships with my donors, I want to have all my GiveWP donor/donation date tightly integrated with Salesforce. There is a free tier of Salesforce which is avaialble to NPOs specifically. A GiveWP add-on that sends new donor and donation date to Salesforce and can apply specific tags per form would be a big step in the right direction. Helpscout currently shows 414+ tickets where Salesforce is explicitly mentioned. https://secure.helpscout.net/search/?query=salesforce
Ability to Pull Segmented Donor Reports
As an admin, I want to be able to pull a customized, segmented report based on donor and donation activity. This could be an export. But ideally, it would be a visual report in the website dashboard we well as an export. For example, I want to pull an export of: Donors who have contributed to a particular campaign, above a certain dollar amount. Donation averages per donors for a specific period of time. Donors who have donated this year but not last year (lapsed donors). Donors with the most donations this year over last year. Recurring subscription totals on per donor basis, comparisons over years. Currently, GiveWP users are connecting their donation data either manually or via Zapier to a third-party tool where these intensive reports are created. It would be really cool to see some of them directly within GiveWP!
Disable loading third-party fonts
As an admin, I don't want to load external fonts, like Google Fonts, so I'd like an option where I disable it.
Multi-Step Forms Should be able to be displayed in Button Mode
As a user, I want to place a button on a page that opens the multi-step form template in a modal overlay. Currently, there are workarounds like using a widgetized area and selecting button mode display, but native support for multi-step button mode would be a great enhancement.
