Donor Wall should reflect custom donor profile image

When a donor takes the effort to upload their custom avatar to their donor profile, that should be reflected correctly in the Donor Wall. It currently is not.

Any new updates about this? I see the same issue. Even when the donor sets up a Gravatar, it won't show up. But for some users that already had a gravatar before donating, it will show up...

Additionally, it should be reflected in the admin donor profile and it should be editable from there as well.
