Clicking the Give Icon top left of admin screens doesn't highlight the entire area.

I would expect that either clicking the logo doesn't add a highlight at all, or it adds it around entire logo. Right now, it only adds it to half the area.

Steps:

Open the new form bulder
Click the Give logo top left.
see the weird highlight.
