When the custom amount field is disabled in a v2 form, it should remain disabled in the migrated v3 form.
Steps to replicate:
  1. Create a v2 form with custom amount disabled
  2. Migrate the v2 form
  3. Check the custom amount option, see that it is enabled in v3 post migration
