When migrating a form that has Tributes, or Fee Recovery, for example, those configurations don't migrate to the new v3, migrated form.
Steps to replicate:
- Create a v2 form with Tributes enabled
- Migrate the form
- View the new v3 form, see that Tributes is not enabled / added anywhere on the form.
