I just received Week 35 Give Product Updates for 2024. In there it requested feedback on why we are not using the Visual Form Builder. Here is that feedback. A while back I identified to Givewp support that 1) In the Stripe CC Payment Element for the visual form builder I can put in any city/country and any Postal code that exists in that city/country and my credit card will still process. And 2) The city/country that a donor inputs in the Stripe Payment Element does not record anywhere - neither in Stripe or Give - so it cannot be saved for the Billing fields, which we want to collect. It seems unprofessional to have to input your city/country and Postal Code twice in the same form. Stripe support also confirmed that the city/country and Postal Code are not verified or recorded.
It seems like lots of people are using the Visual Form Builder since you are making it the default for new forms. This makes me wonder if I've missed something, or I am wrong on this issue. But I tested it several times a few months ago, and I was put on a list to be notified when it was fixed. I haven't been notified. So, this is why we are not yet using the Visual Form Builder. To me it seemed like a bug that needed to be fixed. But Givewp support said I was requesting a new feature.
