Currently we are experiencing an issue connecting to PayPal Donations in both sandbox and live. We will provide updates here while we look at this.

When a form with varying donation amounts that have descriptions is made, the email receipt with the description only contains the topmost option instead of the description that accompanies that donation amount. The workaround for now is to remove the {donation} tag from the email templates. The {donation} tag contains both the form title and donation level description. You can use the {form_title} tag to only display the form title in your email templates.

As an admin, I want the Multi-Step forms to resize the form container when stepping back in the form. When stepping back the steps, the form displays correctly but it can leave a huge gap between the bottom of the form and the rest of the content on the page.

In a V3 Form, if you have Stripe Payment Element as a gateway, entering a custom donation amount and then deleting it results in an error on the payment gateways block for Stripe Payment Element. The error is “Invalid value for elements.update(): amount must be greater than 0”

When a Visual Form Builder (VFB) form has customised Fee Recovery settings and the opt-in is set to either Forced or Enable donor opt-in by default, no fees are actually charged in PayPal if the gateway, amount, or Fee Recovery settings are changed on the form. So: If a form's default amount is $10 and PayPal Donations is the default gateway, and Fee Recovery is pre-checked or it is forced opt-in, a donor will not actually be charged the fee recovery amount unless either the amount, gateway, or Fee Recovery opt-in is changed by the donor. The best workaround option so far is, if you use multiple gateways, select anything but PayPal Donations as the default gateway

When Tributes are turned on for a form, donations fail to process if the donor doesn't select the Tribute option. To work around this issue, either disable the Tributes add-on or switch to a visual builder form.

Currently, there is no way to enable or disable donation description amounts on forms made using the Visual Form Builder.

Currently it isn't possible to update subscription amounts with Stripe. The Update Subscription button is always greyed out. This happens with both Option Based Form Editor (a.k.a. V2) and Visual Form Builder (VFB) forms. The only workaround is to cancel the current subscription and start a new one.

As an admin, I cannot add a custom amount using the Manual Donations add-on to a visual builder form.

When users click the mobile (hamburger) menu in the Donor Dashboard, nothing happens. This prevents users from navigating to other sections of the dashboard.
