Ability to created a Manual Donation with a negative amount

As an admin, I would like the ability to create a manual donation with a negative amount. This would help me manage specific donation situations, including the example below:
I have 500 donations assigned to the incorrect form. I know I can reassign these donations, but the process of moving them is time consuming and tedious. Being able to create a negative bulk donation allows me to have the correct donation amount for the form much more quickly.

I'd recommend manually adding the donations (via CSV) to the correct form, and then deleting the incorrect ones.
Aside from the technical can of worms it would be opening to allow for negative amounts on donations, it's an extremely niche use case that's essentially fixing an accounting error.
I'd be more inclined to instead offer bulk editing of donations to change the form. That's a feature that has more of a use case beyond this very niche one.

Our donations are assigned to missionaries at input. Frequently the donor assigns the amount to the wrong missionary and calls to have it corrected. By the time we are informed of the error, the funds have already been distributed to the missionary.
The ability to create a negative donation for the incorrect missionary and then a positive donation on the correct missionary (in effect a transfer) without changing the original donation would make our accounting life much easier.
