As an admin, I would like the ability to display the donation amount represented as text instead of numbers in the donation receipt. For example:

$10.00 = Ten dollars

Visual Form Builder has an option to add a description to each donation amount on any form layout. Please update GiveWP to the latest version and use the Visual Form Builder to take advantage of this feature.

After GiveWP 3.0, this type of thing will be made much more simple than it currently is. 3.0 makes the process of creating new Form Designs much much
 simpler, and we plan to crank out a bunch of them, as well as documentation for third-party developers to create them. 
A template displaying the amount as text would certainly be feasible as a part of a new form design.
