Ability to include more information on the Webhooks add-on

As an admin, I want to send more information using the Webhooks add-on.
It would be useful to have the ability to customize the data we want to send, while also having more information sent.
For example, here is a list of valuable information:
- Payment Gateway
- Gateway Transaction ID
- Form ID and/or Form Name
- Donation Fund/Designation
- All custom fields created using Form Field Manager.
- Donation Completion Date (in addition to createdDate that currently exists). For some gateways the donation creation datetime is different from the confirmation datetime. Ideally, this would be formatted as standard ISO: YYYY-MM-DD, rather than written out in English as it is now.

As a user, I'm facing a challenge with the 'donor_created' event in the Webhooks add-on. It's not clear what data is sent with this event, and I can't find detailed information in the documentation. For my use case, I need the email address and name of new donors to be sent with this event. I have a script that connects to the MailJet API and posts the donor's name and email address into a mailing list. I'd like to request a feature that ensures these details are included in the 'donor_created' event data.

Hi! We need this as well.
We're using Groundhogg with their GiveWP extension as our CMS (based on a recommendation from GiveWP) and we really need to get to the custom fields added with Form Field Manager automatically added to the Groundhogg contact. Right now we need to export a csv from GiveWP and then import to Groundhogg -- it's crazy since they're on the same machine! We can easily do this via the GiveWP webhooks add-on.
Some examples of custom fields that we need:
- Membership information (our organization is broken up by chapters and we need to know what chapter a donor belongs to, which they select from a dropdown when making their donation)
- Phone number for legacy forms (we can't switch over to the new 3.0 forms because of the bug where the focus doesn't go back to the top)
- Whether or not to send thank-you gifts with a donation (some people are really adamant that they do NOT want them!)
Not having the phone number especially disrupts the workflow. For example, when someone submits a sizeable donation we like to call them personally to thank them for their gift, but we can't get it from the Groundhogg contact until we do the clunky export/import or manually go and grab it from their Give record.
