Adding Register Button to Donor Dashboard

As an Admin, I'd like for donors to be able to Register directly on the Donor Dashboard Login page so that they don't need to do so on a form or via a separate page using the Give Register Shortcode.

After completing a donation/subscription, one should be forwarded to the donor dashboard. There the donors should be invited to create an account for downloading receipts and easily donating for another project.
