This feature, easily the number one asked for feature in Form Field Manager, has been RELEASED in version 2.0.
Update to that, and be sure to check out the revamped documentation for how to use the new conditional field visibility settings.

Absolutely agree. I asked for this feature to allow selection of different donation amounts depending on whether the donation is one-time or recurring.

I also Am in desperate need of default Meta value each option (multi option fields. Need to connect with other service through zapier. Like if have donations made like pants - jackets in but in other system it is link with a number. Give customer don't understand number so they have see the text. But I Need the number in zapier. I I understand that function is in all fields but not multi option fields like drop downs etc.

It would also be great to have certain custom fields only appearing when one or more specific (pre-set) donation amounts are selected.
