As an admin, I'd like to display a toggle option above my forms giving donors the choice between making a one-time donation or a recurring donation.
As an example:

I really like the simplicity and "sparks of joy" on this example from Unicef.

I was going to ask about this feature and glad to see that Amanda asked for it.
I really need One-Time & Monthly/Recurring options.

Would love to see this

Lots of GiveWP customers have created their own custom approach to this as well:
https://fistulafoundation.org/donate/ (this has some extra customization added to create the toggle/popup effect)
With custom development, includes nice display of sections on form: https://childvision.ie/how-to-help/donate/

I agree. I made this request to Ben as well and mentioned that I had achieved this effect by making two forms, one for one-time and one for recurring donations and then putting the shortcodes for these forms into a TABS modules so that the appropriate form was displayed when the tab was selected. This allowed us to have different donation options for the two forms (i.e. lower amounts for recurring). Clearly it would be cleaner to have a checkbox selection on the first page of the form before the donation amount buttons

This is a great request. Our team is going to keep this in mind especially as ideas for new form templates are developed. Please vote and comment here for this issue!

I agree. It reduces donor friction and the number of forms on the website. I would use this.

You can create this with any page popular page builder (using tabs) and some CSS modification. Would be great to have this native.
