Including Multiple Forms for Donor Wall Display

As an Admin, I'd like to select certain Form ID's to be included in the Donor Wall display, so that I can choose specific form data instead of 1 form or all form data to display on my donor wall.

I think the easiest fix here is for the existing "form_id" attribute to accept a comma-separated list of form ids.
