As a user I would like the ability to change the header on the donation page.

When a donor navigates to the Peer-to-Peer Campaign > Team/Fundraiser Page > Donate Now, there is header text "Make a Donation to..." and the name of the Team or Fundraiser automatically displays.

This can be misleading for donors. The implication is they are making a monetary contribution directly to that Fundraiser/Team instead of the organization.

The admin should be able to customize the header on the donate page to fit the intended call to action.
