GiveWP should support recurring donations with Square. To date, the GiveWP Square add-on has not supported Recurring Donations because of a lack of API support. Recently, Square announced the beta version of their new Subscriptions API:

We are anxiously looking forward to this. We've had to use WP Easy Pay for subscriptions but would like to be able to do this with GiveWP

Could you tell me a little about how you're currently using WP Easy Pay and Square for recurring donations? Is there anything you particularly like about your current setup or something that could be improved?

Kevin Hoffman: We have members that are on a monthly donation subscription program. WP Easy Pay supports monthly subscriptions while GiveWP does not. I'm not sure how they WPEP is doing it. It looks like a cron job that just runs once a month. We'd like to have all donations on GiveWP / Square for accounting purposes.
