When I am testing GiveWP emails, I want for the test email to always be sent to the email associated with my logged in user.

Currently, all tests are sent to a single email, configured in the GiveWP settings. That makes sense for anyone who has access to that email when they are testing, but often the person setting up GiveWP is different from the person who ultimately will get those test emails.

It should send to the logged-in user's email instead.
