As an admin I'd like to be able to send new regular donors a one off 'welcome' email when they set up a new subscription.

Yes agreed we would like to send an email to new regular donors welcoming them - we would like to still allow the option for regular donation and one off donations on the same form but be able to differentiate between the two for their donation confirmation email
