Allow for easier style customization of Multi-step forms

In Give 2.9 can we please add more ways to modify the new forms for non-developers? Ease of use, including quickly changing some design elements (critically changing typography, switching the bezelled border/drop shadow on/off), should also be the focus of the new Sequoia forms in my opinion.

I have 2 requests in relation to this:
- it would be really nice if we could make extra "custom form templates" to apply to various types of forms (e.g. forms in different languagues or for different purposes)
- it would be great if more of the form settings could be modified in the template. E.g. right now, we have to modify a lot of the texts every time anew when we make a form. It would be great if we could change those default texts in the template, so that we would not have change every time we make a new form. Especially if that function could be combined with (1), so with the ability to save multiple form templates, that would save us heapes of time.

to add to this, it would also be great if the second tab "Donation options" could be set somewhere globally for each template. So basically, as much as possible, it would be good if we could set global options for all tabs, also for "Form Template" and "Donation options". And then if we could have multiple templates... This would both save so much time!!

just to show how much work this costs at the moment: we are making a small colour change to our style guide, and now have to make that change on the forms. We have 68 forms, so we now have to manually modify 68 forms to change the colour..... If only there was 1 global option for this (and for all the other items on the 1st and 2nd tab of the forms!)

yes i agree, more design options for the forms would be great. Also please for the legacy form, we have to use it because our site is translated using Polylang!
In addition to customising the style, it would be great if it would be easy to create numerous custom form templates that you can switch and pick from for the global setting and each individual form.
