Allow numbers in First/Last Name fields

As a site admin, I feel I'm missing out on donors who have names like Jane Smith 2nd. The form won't submit with numbers in the name. Further to this, there is no error message to tell the donor why the form isn't submitting.

I would like to add that silent errors are notoriously difficult to debug. More importantly, potential donors will be dissuaded from donating because the form doesn't work and they don't know why.
